Tempo is the email client built to help people focus. In a world full of noise and information overload, we are on a quest to minimize distractions and nudge people to better email habits.

Tempo has been in beta for over a year. According to TechCrunch, Casper and Elliot, we have built something people love.

We're a small team committed to building a sustainable product and business, prioritising ruthlessly and under no other incentive than building the best possible product for its users.

You
  • You have a proven track record showing your ability to distill complex problems down to simple and elegant solutions.
  • You have lead products that shipped efficiently and kept a high level of quality.
  • You're able to plan and communicate long term product strategy that supports our underlying philosophy.
  • You have a history pushing out world class interfaces. Not on Dribbble but in the real world.
  • You approach your work with both ambition and pragmatism.
  • You're self directed and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Live in the EU, as we'd like to get everyone together in the same room every 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete design efforts in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
  • Lead UX/UI design of the desktop app.
  • Lead UX/UI design of the mobile app.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of the products.
  • Work on our branding, identity, in app and on our landing page in partnership with Jonathan.
